    Good hotel, not good location, off the beaten track no bus service ( hotel did offer two shuttle services, chargeable) beach close but too stony to walk w

    The hotel was very remote and there is nothing local to visit but this is what we wanted - although the hotel had a free shuttle bus to local towns - the only real complaint in regards the hotel was the Spa, as the hotel is sold as a hotel/spa i would expect this to have been free to use these facilaties (understand you have to pay for massages and treatments) but to use a steam room, sauna or the pool you had to pay for.

    The only problem we had was with the evening meal, only the main buffet restaurant was open and so there was a huge queue to get in th restaurant that started 15 minutes before it opened. Plus there were 2 or 3 large groups staying at the same time we were there so they all just walked past the queue and went in. It was like a free for all at the buffet with people standing so close they kept bumping into us and then you couldn't turn round to leave as they were so close. Also the plates weren't at the start of the food section you had to walk past one counter to get a plate then go back to the end of the queue. Other than that we couldn't fault the quality of the food, the staff were really helpful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean

    “Flott hotell, nydelig mat”

    Hotellet var fantastisk flott. Vi hadde all inclusive og maten var veldig bra. Kjekt at vi kunne spise på ulike alacarte restauranter. Flotte lyse rom. Vi hadde en dagstur til Cefalu og en til Palermo.
