    this hotel was our second chhhoice alternative to our previous hotel the riu palace bavaro,we require a family suite,this was great but muc smaller than expected,there was no information regarding room service or if it actually existed,in an all inclusive resort i did not expect a 2 beer maximum per day in the room fridge and if you did not drink them they did not supply more,the fridge being replenshed and coffee and tea and milk and suger was almost non existent incluiding toiletyries,And this was a daily trip to the concierge to get sorted,they do not offer an alternative beer to the local presedente and more important they do not offer a 0% beer,wine or cider,this will be our second choice hotel for DR when the riu is unavailable.

    One room was great, no issues. Ours was a little run down and not really clean - I raised thisand it was cleaned better. We had to ask for the door lock to be fixed. The coffee machine was broken and needed to be replaced. There was a leak from the shower and from the ceiling which got worse. We did let the hotel know and they did try to fix it but it got worse for the last few nights.
