I would recommend the hotel but the room is a had was opposite the lift be extremely noisy. We requested a move and the hotel said they would contact us, but they didn’t. There was also a really bad smell from the drains in the bathroom, and the connection on the TV was really poor so we weren’t able to use it. We were not provided with the fruit basket which is what is described on the booking.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, very clean. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food and drinks were excellent. Drinks were very expensive unless you upgraded to Horte living Entertainment very low key and does not match the description

TUI advertised this accommodation as half/full board only. On arrival this was found not to be true.there are B&B options which we were not aware of. The return journey took 2.5 hours to complete involved 3 BUS TRANSFERS and numerous pickups. In total it took 4 hours to travel from the hotel to checking in at the airport.

All very good, we’ve stayed previously. That said, I struggled with the buffet restaurant layout and several aspects like half board doesn’t include so much as a drink of water at dinner and they don’t allow you to bring your own - that’s just mean and takes away some of the enjoyment. Everything else was very good though and the hotel staff were keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were excellent.
