    On initial arrival at hotel the room we were allocated was very poor, not very clean and tired looking decor and in need of some maintenance work. The bed was solid resulting in a very poor nights sleep as was like trying to sleep on a concrete slab. Thankfully the hotel staff resolved to room issue with an immediate change the following morning. This room was cleaner and comfortably however still requires some renovation work and repair to improve. The shower head would not stay up, the toilet needed repairing twice, the furniture was tired and broken but useable. The most disappointing aspect was the meal times. The dining room was not big enough for the number of guests and would have to wait until 8:30 for it too become quiet enough to attempt to get something to eat or a table. The choices were catered for predominantly Russian, Polish and German guests. The hotel staff were even surprised that they had British guests and commented that this doesn’t happen very often. This was also noticeable as very few of the staff spoke English resulting in communication being difficult at times. Why could TUI not inform us of this or advise in the brochure as this would have influenced our choice when booking. It was noted that we were the only brits staying there for at least seven of the 10 days we were there.

    “Polecam”

    Bardzo fajny hotel i duży wybór jedzenia (chociaż byli tacy którzy narzekali, że nie mieli co wybrać…) w naszym przypadku klimatyzacja nie dawal rady mieliśmy pokój szczytowy od wschodu.

    “Opinia”

    Hotel sam w sobie w porządku, jedzenie bardzo dobre, okolica cicha i spokojna, a widoki przepiękne. Niestety, jako rodzina czujemy się jednak trochę oszukani. Pokój został nam sprzedany jako odpowiedni dla 5 osób — 3 dorosłych i 2 dzieci (7 i 11 lat), co wcześniej wyraźnie zaznaczaliśmy podczas rezerwacji. W rzeczywistości pokój był zdecydowanie za mały dla takiej liczby osób, a dodatkowe łóżko polowe zostało dostawione dopiero po naszej interwencji. W części z pojedynczymi łóżkami było bardzo mało miejsca. Niestety, podczas snu córka spadła z łóżka i wybiła szybę w oknie. Na szczęście nic jej się nie stało, ale sytuacja była dla nas bardzo stresująca i mogła skończyć się źle. Podsumowując: hotel, okolica, jedzenie oraz wycieczka fakultatywna do Blue Lagoon na plus. Natomiast wielkość pokoju i sposób zakwaterowania 5 osób zdecydowanie pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Przy sprzedaży takiego pokoju klient powinien być uczciwie poinformowany, czego może się spodziewać.
