    On booking it asked for preferences, i asked for quiet, ground floor and double bed. We go none of these and were told they dont do doubles. They could have made the singles into a double which would have helped with the purpose of a week away to rekindle our marriage after a tough year battling cancer.

    The food was great, there a something different every day, the variety of cakes were lovely, the pool was a good size. The location was quiet which is as we prefer and there is a bus right outside that you can jump on to visit the nearby busier town Mahon. There is a small beach / cove a few minutes walk where we took our snorkles and saw a variety of fish and crabs. There is kayak hire a few minutes walk at the cove as well as car hire and a supermarket right next door. We hired a car for a few days and visited many sites and towns around the island.
