    Accomodatie heel goed. Het eten daarentegen liet veel te wensen over. Vrijdagavond niet kunnen gaan eten wegens ziekte van het eten de dag ervoor. Veel van het voedsel was koud.

    When we arrived we tried to upgrade to privatise services, we put this to check on staff at th e hotel and we were told €330 for our stay. We upgraded on the night. The day after we started to book our restaurant experiences, however, we couldn't get in the steak house for the whole 11 days we were there. We managed to book th e Vulcan restaurant. We.went to guest relations to see what the issue was. We told her we had booked th e Vulcan with ease but not the steak house. She then informed us we couldn't use the Vulcan as we had not upgraded to privilege We informed her we had paid 300 euros for the upgrade. It's a t this time she informed us that we had upgraded to Adult only which allowed us in t he bistro and adult only restaurant. We told her we were not amused and we wouldn't be paying anymore. She then allowed us to use the Vulcan restaurant as guests of the hotel. She also got us a late booking in t he steakhouse. We did manage a booking in the italian, but never got a reservation in the Asian restaurant. We were also not happy with the room we were allocated on our upgrade it was very dusty the balcony was dirty. We again went to guest relations and they ordered a deep clean for our room. Whilst sitting around the outdoor adult pool which we had paid for the upgrade to work was being carried on apartments all around the pool and bistro areas. This caused drilling banging coming from the apartments throughout daylights hours. We would NOT consider booking this hotel again. On a lighter note majority of our good in the adult restaurant was very good and staff very attentive.

    Accommodation was very good ,separate chalets from the main Hotel. Away fom all! noises and odours. Sunny amd quiet.
