The hotel was clean but abit dated, We had to ask for clean towels,,

Lovely small friendly & clean accomodation. Staff excellent & our half board was great choice, with good food range & staff service at all times.

We had a lovely stay in the one-bedroom ground-floor apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The facilities were great, and being on the ground floor was really convenient. We would happily stay here again.

We had booked an apartment without air conditioning and after a very hot first night as Lanzarote was way hotter than usual, we spoke to reception and paid to upgrade to a newly refurbished one with aircon. After that OMG the accommodation was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable ever , felt like our expensive Tempur mattress at home. The aircon was so efficient and personal control and wasn't blowy but kept the whole apartment at a very nice temperature. The walk in shower was massive. The kitchen was well equipped. The whole apartment was big and modern with a lovely balcony and a sea view. There was nothing we could fault about Block B , it even had a lift up to the apartments. The smaller pool nearby was lovely and clean and refreshing and a stones throw from our apartment and plenty of sunbeds. The staff were some of the best we have ever encountered anywhere especially the reception desk staff. I had injured my knee on the journey out and they even lent me a hospital type walking stick for the duration, which was a god send. We would definitely return BUT we would only do this if we can pre book and pay extra to guarantee an air-conditioned apartment in Block B, so far that doesn't seem possible on your site to book an air-conditioned apartment?!?

Simple but clean. Lovely location but still up a hill .
