Our room was supposed to be a diamond club adults swimup room. The room its self was shabby and furniture had seen better days the toilet door had no handle or lock the pool its self we had to ask for it to be cleaned twice the water level its self was low so we ended up not using it. Our room then had a big leak and we had to be moved to a non swim up which I then had to take time whilst on my holiday making complaints to the hotel and Tui to be able to receive the room rate refund

The room was damp on arrival but we put this down to the humidity . Some light switches didn’t work. The following day there was a leak through the ceiling & no electrics at all. The hotel staff were very dismissive and took over 3 hours to acknowledge there was a problem. Finally they agreed to move us to another room but we were made to feel we were being an inconvenience

Accommodation was average as a lot of the furniture was worn and damaged. The Block 2 is not what I requested and after TUI Northampton emailing and detailing BLOCK 1 on arrival BLOCK 1 was only for Diamond Club.

Very disappointed with the adults only amenities as only one of the bars was open and the other was closed for 4 nights . Employees were amazing except for the receptionist who were very curt and off hand and even complained when we arrived late which was not under our control
