    Unfortunately, we had a delay going out which meant we were approx 2 hrs late getting to the hotel, we arrived approx 0200. As guests that were meant to be on our bus never turned up either. We were told that as we had been delayed we would have a hot meal when we arrived at the hotel by the TUI rep. We didnt even have a sandwich. The first thing the hotel said was would we like to upgrade our room for 240 dollars a night. We declined. We were then told that TUI had requested single beds but our itinerary stated double. We did get our double bed. The hotel was lovely the cleaning staff and entertainment team were amazing. However, food was limited and drinks were very watered down and limited. Quite poor for a 5 star and not up to TUI normal standard. The room was lovely however the bath would not drain and there was a lot of muck coming up from the plug. We did call reception but no one came so my husband tryed to sort the problem. We just didnt use the shower over the bath any more used the one at the side. We were due to meet the TUI rep at 0900 the following morning but by the time we got to bed and shown to our room it must have been around 3am. So we missed them. No one told us that we were entitled to one al a carte during the 7 nights stay so we missed out on this. We were not given towel cards on arrival we had to chase this up. On leaving our bus was 1830 so we missed our evening meal we paid 50 dollars to keep our room on until 4pm again told we would get a pack lunch but never received anything. So we paid for a evening meal but never had had anything. I would definately go with TUI again but not return to this Hotel. We did enjoy our stay but very disappointed with losing out on meals. Especially on arrival as we were hungry and going home we had to buy sandwiches to take with us as it was a night flight and airport facilities were minimal.

    “Hotel Super,Tui Transfer Schrott”

    Das Hotel war Super der bezahlte Transfer hingegen eine Katastrophe.Man bezahlt mehr Geld für Transfer aber in der Tui App(Wenn sie mal geht)steht nur Transfer aber nicht wann wo Busnummer.Angekommen am Urlaubsort ab zum Tui schalter die konnten weder meime Buchung finden noch unsere Namen.Also seht zu wie ihr klar kommt,hauptsache ihr habt es bezahlt da kann könnt ihr euch auch ein Taxi leisten🫩Rücktransfer:App sagt nur Transfer nicht wann wo Busnummer.Tui Mitarbeiter vor Ort weder vor Ort noch Tel.Erreichbar also mit Hotel klären die dann nach etlichen Telefonaten rausbekommen haben das Tui den Transfer gecancelt hat..So nun seht zu gleiches spiel wie bei der Anreise,Tui macht ihr Problem dann zu unserem.Na Hauptsache bezahlt.Danke

    “Lautstärke und co”

    '+das gesamte Hotel mit Anlage sehr sauber +direkt beim Meer +Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich +große Essensauswahl +Animation -Sehr laut in den Nächten zwischen 2:00-4:00 -Zimmertüren sehr laut beim schließen -Spiegel im Badezimmer macht Geräusche wie eine Alarmanlage -Essen meist nicht gewürzt -Tui App sehr fehlerhaft

    Hilton Plaza kan ik iedereen aanbevelen! Aardig personeel. Maar het animatieteam krijgt van mij een dikke 10 !!
