    We recently stayed with you on a half-board basis with our 18-month-old daughter. While we found the hotel to be lovely, very clean, and staffed by incredibly accommodating team members at the restaurant and pool bar, we experienced significant inconveniences regarding the food service that we feel are important to share. As parents of a young child, we were highly disappointed to learn that no food services were available between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Because our daughter goes to bed between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, this is her essential dinner window. To accommodate this gap, we had to cut our days short to feed her at 4:30 PM—an hour earlier than her usual routine. Furthermore, it prevented us from dining as a family; my wife and I had to eat from takeaway boxes on our balcony every night after she went to sleep. Providing even basic dining or buffet options for half-board guests during this 5:00–6:30 PM window would make a massive difference for families. Additionally, we were disappointed by the evening dining limitations. We were restricted to a single restaurant with a highly limited menu for half-board guests. Having stayed for two weeks, this menu became repetitive very quickly. Expanding the dining variety or offering rotating options would greatly enhance the half-board experience. Had these restaurant timings and menu restrictions been communicated to us prior to arrival, we likely would have booked a different hotel that better suited our family's routine. I am likely not the first guest to encounter these scheduling challenges, and I hope this feedback helps you improve the experience for future families.
