“Fantastisk hotell”

Our experience at Hipotels Playa de Palma was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived. The reception we received immediately made us feel so welcome, and being offered a glass of cava on arrival was such a lovely touch. We arrived quite late and had unfortunately missed dinner, but the hotel had gone out of their way to make sure we were still looked after. When we got to our room, they had left us a lovely bottle of cava along with a gorgeous selection of food and fresh fruit. We really weren’t expecting it, and it showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The staff throughout our entire stay were some of the loveliest people. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and generous, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The level of care and hospitality really stood out and made our stay feel special. The buffet was also incredible. There was such a good selection of food and we really looked forward to eating there. Everything felt fresh and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and really comfortable, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing. Waking up to it every morning was one of our favourite parts of the stay. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with Hipotels Playa de Palma. From the beautiful hotel and amazing food to the thoughtful little touches and genuinely lovely staff, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay and would absolutely love to return.
