When we arrived at the hotel room we were greeted by cockroaches and no air con working, we were given a can a spray for the new friends in our room, and a new remote for the air con within 20 mins. The hotel itself is lovely, all inclusive drinks wise, fizzy drinks was 10am-11pm. Always in paper cups, the food was ok, very repetetive and not exactly child friendly, unless they can live on pasta, pizza or chips. The entertainment at this hotel is absolutely shocking, a small childrens bar which is party dances via a speaker and staffs phone, always water polo in the day which stops play in the pool. The water park os great, but the gocarts are not includrd and overpriced. Having no entertainment really in the evening is a huge shame. To go off site its a 30 min walk to the town or a cab.

Booking experience was good. Staff at airport boarding were rude and not welcoming whilst waiting to board. Online check in felt pressured into selecting seats to purchase. Flight and staff on board were excellent both departing and arriving. Transfers to and from airport were good. Hotel was awful and honestly can't believe TUI put their name to it. Leaks in the shower and broken shower head. Reported to reception and not fixed. Towels not replaced that we had used to mop up the leak. Insect nests within the balcony door frame. Reported and got told it was rust. Sofa beds were horrific and just a sheet placed over the very hard plastic uncomfortable sofa. The cleanliness of the food areas was not great. Often birds and flies all around the dining hall. Drinks machines often had puddles of waters on the floor which people regularly slipped over. The quality of food and drink available was poor. Often cold or room temperature. Offered a room to shower in on checkout day, not quite realising this was directly outside the baggage room and was flooded by the previous user. Reported but not followed up. Hotel is dilapidated and out of date. Really disappointing

Accommodation did not 4 star standards and food quality meant that despite all inclusive we left the resort to eat elsewhere, this was probably the most disappointing thing regarding the expectations sold

After reading many of the negative reviews before my holiday i was a little worried. However on arrival all these worries were gone. All the staff were friendly, helpful and hard working. The accommodation was clean and in good repair. The food was good with a good variety. The only negatives were some of the drinks mainly the cocktails were not good. The evening entertainment we did not see as it was so busy we couldn't get a seat. The only other negative was some of the guests staying did not clear up after themselves and the staff work very gard but cannot keep up with the mess some people leave. Sunbeds are reserved with towels very early in the morning with guests not using them to much later. Therfore we didn't get to use sunbeds till late after through our whole stay. All these little negatives were annoying it did not impact our holiday and we had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. I would recommend this holiday to anybody with this budget.
