    I had apparently booked a superior room which was outside the hotel and you had to walk a long way in the dark on my own which I was not comfortable with as a woman on my own, I reported to reception and was met with a blank wall they didn’t care and were not interested and said there were no more rooms and I said I am not sleeping out there on the end of the building on my own I would rather sleep in reception I was then told go ahead if that’s what you want to do!!! No customer service what so ever and the bride and groom swooped rooms with me do I could feel safe, the patio door on the garden room was not working properly and I was awake on and off all night I reported this and it was not sorted out either, the food was excellent in the hotel better than on a cruise but the customer service was appalling as was your very hostile tui rep, you need to send in mystery guests to see how your representatives are dealing with your customers I have never been spoken to like that with such rudeness and aggression I actually told her to go away she is a disgrace!!

    Wasn’t put in a room that was twisted as in a room with three beds for 2 people the room was cramped no space to move n not much room for your things . Was asked to move but the request was n vet followed through by the hotel

    “traumhafter Urlaub”

    Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es ist einfach traumhaft schön am Nissi Beach. Vor allem die Hotelanlage mit dem schönen blühenden Garten ist ein Traum. Es ist erholsam und vor allem zum Weiterempfehlen.
