Hotel excellent,staff excellent,breakfast excellent . Usual sunbed wars on a morning disappointing. Also there was a wedding on which we were not informed about so certain parts of the hotel were not available to us

Having visited the Illa D'or hotel in Puerto Pollensa many times previously, we were delighted that the high standard had been maintained in every respect. Sited a little way from the town centre, the hotel enjoys a quiet location and is probably best suited for the mature travellers as the town is a 30 minute walk. We certainly found that half board is the preferred option in view of the hotels location. All in all, the standard of the hotel cannot be faulted.

I booked an accessible room with a sea front balcony. . I expected an accessible room.with Seaview and balcony. I coniacted Tui twice prior to the holiday to ensure these details were booked. Tui confirmed this was the case. On arrival at the hotel, reception had no idea I had booked an accessible room and consequently none were available. The hotel did put a chair in the shower but could do nothing with regard to raising the toilet seat or grab rails in the shower and around the toilet or on the balcony. Thank goodness I didn't fall!

The service at Hotel Illa D’Or was awful. A constant wait for food and drink service including breakfast. Rooms small and shabby.

Wonderful views from the rooms at the front of the hotel. The day bed on the terrace….a great idea but far far too hot with no real shade to use it. An awning (present on top floor rooms) would be welcome on the first floor terraces too.
