Clean ,good location ,near to sea and bus stop But at departure I went back to my room at 11 40 ,and was virtually thrown out as the bed was being made and my luggage was taken a almost thrown to the lift

A lovely hotel with very high standards of customer service. Quite expensive though. Sadly the beaches nearby have suffered erosion and are not as sandy and safe as they used to be. Unsafe for swimming a lot of the time due to sharply shelving beaches and rough seas. The food was very good, although the music in the restaurants was often too loud

I have already written about the room allocated. I would not recommend it to any disabled person. The holtel gave the usual advice that they are working on converting some sea facing rooms. Again the hotel did not contact us with reference to our room. Every time we have been on a TUI holiday there is a note left for you when the TUI will be available in the hotel (usually the next morning) nothing this time which was a shame as I could have shown them the room and noise.
