We booked 2 hotel rooms and requested to be next to each other we were in the same block but on different floors. The standard of cleaning was very different I asked for my bed linen to be changed and the cleaning I indicated with her fingers was I staying g 10 days I replied yes and she indicated I would have only 1 bed change during my stay. The top pillow gad a pillow case on but Not the others which were not very clean I did request this but nothing happened I went to reception to request some clean towels as these had not been changed either and that day all my 2towels were removed but Not replaced so I had to go down agai to request some replacements towels these were found and were better quality and size, but the next day removed and replaced with smaller ones again. The cleaning lady came in swept the floor with a hand broom put some blue liquid in the toliet and left. The floor was not washed nor the surfaces the si k or the shower the mirror was so dirty I cleaned this myself and the shower and sink. I was staying in room 412. On the second floor. My son and grandson were in room 407 on the ground floor and their room was cleaned everyday the floor washed and the place was very clean smelt of bleach in the bathroom . Bedding on both beds changed 3 or 4 times and clean towels everyday. The reception did not want to know . We had an issue when we arrived as the reception had but my grandson with me in a room with two single beds and his dad on his own in a double room. We explained the issue a d the manager assured us the beds epuld be sorted out with my room having the two si gke beds made up as a double bed with appropriate bedding put on this never happened even after asking again. The staff didn't either understand or wanted to the Manger said he would sort it out and he spoke very good English. The food was good a bit repeated but ok the staff were very pleased to give other non English guests loys of additional meat but when we asked for an extra portion we were told only 1 peice each. The pool was lovely kept very clean and tidy. We ate out sometimes 3 evenings to avoid any issues with some leading staff members the other staff members clearing tables ect were very kind and friendly no issues with these staff members.

Comfortable and clean, could do with modernisation slightly and safety testing the electrical appliances such as hairdryers in the room but overall very pleasant

Excellent location near to the lively strip , lovely staff and entertainment team . Food average but ok for a 4 star . Very clean and in a lovely part of the town
