    we are very underwhelmed with the whole holiday experience so far to the point where we are excited to go home. The staff, food, and overall experience of the hotel have been very negative and we haven’t enjoyed much of the stay so far. We have already had to move rooms due to being placed into a family room with a a joining door which meant we could hear the next room so loudly and they kept us up for 2 nights until 3am. We then got moved to a much smaller and worse room. The food has been horrendous and we have hardly been able to eat anything for the past 4 days and have had to pay to eat out and pay for taxis to get to food places outside of the hotel complex. The whole idea of all of entertainment and better facilities and food being in another place that you need to travel by bus is very frustrating and doesn’t give the best experience. I have spoken to multiple other guests here and a lot of them have the same opinions on the staff being very rude and the facilities and food being terrible. We also had issues on the flight here with people sitting in our seats that we had paid specifically to sit in. When we asked them they said because they had a small child that they needed to sit together and we had to sit separately on the plane. I know this is a lot for 1 message but we are truly dissatisfied and upset that our holiday has been this terrible and would like to make a complaint.
