    On arrival we checked in late unfortunately due to the New system at the airport our reception if we could get some food for my autistic two-year-old grandson and was told that he would not be able to have any food until 11 o’clock at night so had to go and look out for food for him had a few issues with the room balcony door banging maintenance came twice put a wood wedge which did not work our reception again for someone to come up and sort the problem out as we’ve not slept for three nights for them to come up and put a bit of paper in the door which didn’t work totally unsatisfied with the hotel and the food very cold not great options same food every day and every night. No entertainment for English speaking people all entertainment was done in Spanish.

    A few unfriendly staff, booked itialian inside the hotel was buffet style and staff took away our drinks and cutlery on table while we where getting food and questioned if we where supposed to be there after checking in with the same staff member. When getting a drink in the same Italian section of the hotel a staff member put their hand around the drink section to cut infront of us when pouring a drink as our glass was there, unprofessional

    The hotel was clean and like advertised online however the biggest let down for us was the food, it was bland and extremely repetitive. Other than the food aspect everything was up to standard and we were happy with our stay!
