On arrival it was not what we expected the pictures tui show do not reflect the actual bungalow in the pictures they look out the way and separate this isn't the case you are surrounded by other bungalows all attached and you can hear everything so much so we had to all sleep in the same room as it was the way to not hear taps running toilets flushing people in the shower etc. I complained to TUI and all I got back was due to your booking type they couldn't do anything this was really poor service from TUI as I was more than happy to pay extra etc but it wasn't a option we always book through TUI but my next holiday I will looking at other provider's.

The value for money in the bungalows was great. We loved the outdoor space but had a lot of bugs in the room and in the garden area which obviously can’t be helped but this put a stop to us sitting on the deck chairs outside our accommodation as we were being bitten a lot. Couldn’t fault the rest of the campsite, the pools entertainment slides parks drinks arcades etc were all incredible there was so much to do for the kids and we loved it as adults too.

For a budget friendly experience, yes it was good, but there isnt enough sunbeds for the amount of pool users. Youd need to allow for extra purchases of basics such as extra toilet roll (we had 3 rolls in total for 4 people for a week) and no bin emptying. Alrhough there are communal large bins, you still needed more bin liners which was an extra purchase Also, there was no toaster in the bungalow and none available to rent, we were told to buy one but there were none in any shops onsite or nearby. So in the end we used a frying pan and put bread on it and toasted it on the cooker top, but not everybody has theese basic survival skills and toast is a staple food for kids

The bungalow we stayed in were clean, beds very comfortable. Location was good. Would 100% stay here again.
