The hotel was brilliant, although a bigger room would have been nice.

This hotel was immaculately clean and our room was one of the newly refurbished rooms which was modern, air conditioned and clean. We had a fridge too which was welcome for drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and the pool was amazing. We could always get a sunbed, no matter what time of day and it was a relaxing atmosphere. Great variety of breakfast items. We were half board, and some evening options were not to our taste but no issues with food quality. My husband used the gym facilities which were good. There was evening entertainment 3 times per week, all singers, all of which were very good. Location of this hotel is excellent, with a short walk across the road to the lake front, bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel on the basis of its location, friendly staff, facilities (pool, gym,rooms) and cleanliness.

The room was spotless, air conditioning was perfect. A little dated but that’s the charm of hotels in Italy. Ample plug sockets and lots of storage within. Comfy beds and extra pillows offered if needed. Zero complaints

Very clean hotel, ideal situated to get out and about.

Very nice dining room, pool and lounge area however my bedroom was very basic. No tea making facilities, no full length mirror, air conditioning had not been on and so the room Was stifling. Room very cramped and the bedding smelled musty. Fridge not on. I explained to the rep Aguta and she arranged for my room to be changed. The new room was a bit better and so the rest of the holiday was good however the rooms are basic.
