The hotel was clean..had to pay 15 euros for chairs by pool 40 euros for harbour side it vostok 120 euros for 4 days

Peefect location. Pool area was cramped with sun beds at cost of 8 euros, far nicer places to swim and sunbathe around Cavtat. The room eas spacious, lovely sea view, very clean.

Hotel delayed with room check in had to wait for the room and reception staff very rude. 2nd experience with reception staff member on another day had to go ask for another room card as cleaner had mistakenly taken it the one on duty did us anotber and instead of saying there you go through it at us on reception counter. Her customrr service skills was atrocious, you would not treat anybody like that.

The hotel charged €16 per person for a sun lounger at the pool for one Day!! We where there for 14 days you could use the voucher towards food and drink but again a rip off as we purchased 2 drinks at €7.95 but because the vouchers where in €8 denominations you couldn’t use one as you where 5 cents short! I said the 5 cents didn’t matter to be told no the rules are over €8 absolute nonsense.. The Gold room plus I had the balcony was tiny and the bedroom had lots of ants I have pictures of both I am happy to share.
