    Food choices were bland and repetitive, seating was limited for large groups such us our party of 8. The lunch time menu (that's said sarcastically!) at the pool bar consisted of hotdogs, burnt pizza, chips and salty burgers with stale bread rolls - no variety, no choice, not taste, no thought given to people with children who wanted to enjoy the pool area without having to walk up to floor 5 for the restaurant's bland offerings which were the same as the evening menu with no rotation. The cleaning staff did the bare minimum in the time allowed them, our bathroom mirror was dirty before we arrived and continued to be the same throughout our holiday. The sofa bed the children used didn't have their sheets changed during the week we were there and frequently the cleaning staff just pulled up the duvet over the bunched up bottom sheet - we had to make their bed up every night. If this is 4* service, resort or TUI standards, someone needs to reassess the rating - from what I can gather since Pierre & Vacances have taken over the standards are sub par.

    The main lift was broken throughout the 2 week duration of our stay. Very inconvenient for pushchairs or people with mobility issues. The food was the same everyday, no theme nights etc. the snack bar was fine but they had the same food from the snack bar at dinner and this took up a lot of space and there wasn’t much other choices. The food is not child friendly either, e.g they did nuggets once a week. The drinks were very good I must say. There was no shuttle bus as described on tui website. No shopping centres nearby as described on tui website. Local transport was close to none. The hotel staff were all lovely, it felt very friendly, reception staff were very understanding when we reported issues (air con wasn’t working, no cot in room when we got there, wardrobe broke, safe broke). The waiters and cleaners were all friendly too. The children’s club reps were fantastic and particularly brilliant with my 1 year old. Tui rep was rude and unhelpful.
