    The main lift was broken throughout the 2 week duration of our stay. Very inconvenient for pushchairs or people with mobility issues. The food was the same everyday, no theme nights etc. the snack bar was fine but they had the same food from the snack bar at dinner and this took up a lot of space and there wasn’t much other choices. The food is not child friendly either, e.g they did nuggets once a week. The drinks were very good I must say. There was no shuttle bus as described on tui website. No shopping centres nearby as described on tui website. Local transport was close to none. The hotel staff were all lovely, it felt very friendly, reception staff were very understanding when we reported issues (air con wasn’t working, no cot in room when we got there, wardrobe broke, safe broke). The waiters and cleaners were all friendly too. The children’s club reps were fantastic and particularly brilliant with my 1 year old. Tui rep was rude and unhelpful.

    The pool area is the best part of the hotel. The food and snack bar are awful. We felt they could have at least done chicken nuggets for the children, they did cheap cheese and tomato pizzas, hot dog sausages and cheap hamburgers. All food was cold we are just glad they had a microwave as we had to use this regularly. The hotel did a lot of stews every night with rice, which was just not nice!! Thank god for salad!

    “Schrecklich und respektlos von Tui”

    Dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient! -dreckig -schlechtes Essen -keine vernünftige Reinigung der Zimmer Bucht nicht dieses Hotel, wir haben knapp 5000 Euro gezahlt und werden nun von Tui abgespeist!
