    Accommodation was spotless and everyone was extremely friendly. The area was exceptionally safe, even walking alone.

    Hotel Eden was perfectly located near the beach with a nice walk into town. Kept spotlessly clean, staff all very friendly and helpful apart from one Night Manager.

    Certain areas were very dated, the food in the one and only evening restaurant was very poor, lukewarm and overcooked, breakfast was the same, staff were very disinterested, 3 people suffered serious falls, and staff did not immediately come to their aid, it was other holidaymakers, including myself who came to the aid of 2 of them, as one of them was my brother in law, he tripped coming up the stairs and fell sideways into the glass paneling, which was on either side of the staircase and it completely smashed, thank god he wasn't cut by the glass, but no member of staff helped whatsoever, very poor service

    The Eden Hotel in Rovinj as my wife and myself agreed with one another was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in over forty plus years of travelling. Everything about the place was spot on. Location, surroundings, hotel and staff itself excellent.
