Was a beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop pool

Although the rooms are a bit cramped with little room for anything in the bathroom overall it was okay. It advertised satellite TV channels but be wary as they are all foreign speaking with nothing in English. The food was okay, with plenty of choice but nothing stood out as you might hope in a 4 star hotel. Pool is quite small, but the beach is literally on the door step.

On the beach staff were amazing as we had stayed at this hotel for the 3rd year running we were greated with a bottle of wine and a platter of fresh fruit

Very friendly staff, very clean and good food and service.

Two single beds, I paid a supplement expecting a double bed. Tea/coffee etc not always topped up, a toilet that would not flush down number two's. I did report this and twice someone came and said it was ok. The flush was working and that's what they thought I meant. It was nothing to do with flushing toilet paper down the toilet as having lived in Crete for eight years and selling property and land there I know not to do that. The only way that I could be rid of a number two in the toilet was to put a plastic bag over my hand and push it round the bend. Not very pleasant and not my job.
