    Recommended

    We had a fantastic stay and although we would recommend the hotel for its location, child friendly atmosphere and the general cleanliness and modern look of the hotel, we experienced many minor snags which were significant enough in amount for us to decide we probably won’t return to this hotel.

    Recommended

    Lift near our room was out of order on a few occasions. This was a challenge due to mobility issues, but hotel loaned us a wheelchair and changed our room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food and drinks.

    Cashless hotel which we were not informed of. Sun loungers rule is ridiculous. Food was not worthy of a 4 star rating. Reception and restaurant staff were unhelpful and rude.

    Food not great, waited in queues for min 20 mins for a drink or food, empty drinks cups blowing all around the pool area, bars opening and closing outside operating times was frustrating when all inclusive

    Outside pool areas and bars were 4 star. Inside accomodation was not 4 star cleanliness inside was poor, rooms need updating and better cleaning. Cushion on chair was stained, rusty marks on floor, in need of update. Beds were made daily but rooms were not cleaned. Main restaurant food choices were poor, chairs and seating were in need of cleaning and repair. Not enough staff to clean adequately, tables were brushed off not cleaned. Windows were not cleaned. Indoor areas were in need of cleaning and replacement cushions and furnishings. It’s a nice hotel, location is excellent but indoors need updating and better cleaning throughout to be a 4 star rating.
