Disappointed & dissatisfied
Sept 2026
Staff were surly, some didn't speak English. Staff in restaurant need some training on etiquette they took plates while we were still eating leaning over us to clear the table. Good choice/variety most of the time but unfortunately it was warm not hot & on the ladt day the buffet was a case of this is what's left. Bath didn't have a plug & wasnt replaced during our stay. No entertainment either during the day or evening on Saturday night there was a private party in hotel with loud music until 4am, when asked for it to be turned down we were told to can do as it was a private party. Other nationalities were catered for far better than the British. & as for the rep her emphasis was all about her finishing the next day not very helpful
