    “Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick”

    Am besten hat uns der herrliche Blick auf den Gardasee von allen Hotelbereichen gefallen. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt, es gibt auch einen hoteleigenen Strand Bereich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, sehr guter Service.

    Food was like a works canteen. Edible but boring and sometimes unappetizing. Having stayed in a park hotel in Sicily last year I was expecting the same quality. Drinks finished at 11pm, which was as expected but didn't appreciate staff to then start washing the floor and tables around you with a hosepipe at dead on 11pm. Not very professional and plain rude.

    It was a shock to be expected to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs with no help. We were the only ones checking in at the time we did. The reception staff were very nice throughout as were the other staff we had contact with. The food was awful. The hotel markets itself as having a restaurant when it is nothing more than a self-service staff canteen. Food was laid out nicely but the \"hot food\" always cold and we skipped main meals a lot. Being on the outskirts there were no alternative dining outlets without walking some distance ion the dark or hiring a cab. The lovel views and local area made the holiday, not the hotel and definitely not Tui.

    The hotel was very dated and there wasn't much too do there. The hotel entertainment team were the worst I had seen On the last day we had a storm everyone was just sitting in the lobby with nothing to do . Lake garda was beautiful but the hotel was disappointing
