    The hotel has no shop and is miles out of town which we knew however the hotel experienced an issue with water supply which meant we had to get taxis into town to purchase water as the hotel would not provide drinking water and has no shop to purchase anything

    Some staff was rude and totally anti English, English was asked to vacate sunbeds for Spanish holiday makers, Went to reception about cockroaches and ants in room, had to sort cockroaches ourselves due to them never coming, food was very repetitive, some restaurant staff was rude when asked to accommodate larger parties than 4 ppl, would never go back, never saw a tui rep, had to book everything via an app, tui drop you at top of an hill with all luggage at all hours, but yet other companies go down the hill into an available carpark to drop their customers off, delays are getting absolutely horrendous both ways, which ended up with up with unsettled children and absolute rude passengers shouting abuse to parents due to unsettled children crying

    We had a lovely time the only thing lacking on the resort was a shop for everyday necessities, there was no water bottles in the rooms either.

    Pool needs tiles disinfectant every day before pool opens opens just being washed with Hse pipe Tiles around pool lifting and drain covers are broken

    Recommended

    The accommodation was better than what we expected. The resort was lovely all around. Only complaints are; the evening food was very underwhelming and pushed us to eat out more than at the hotel which felt like a bit of a waste of our all inclusive. Also the bars weren’t open very late at the hotel which was a bit disappointing.
