Everything was very good - food was plentiful vast range. My only complaint was not very hot. Also I have coeliac and told them from the start but had to ask many times for bread at the start of the meal and mostly forgot and had to remind them same for the only 2 desserts they had. They had a separate toaster but was not designated for gluten free so people were using it as well for normal bread - would be better if there was special area where you could get gluten free bread and rolls instead of having to ask

Brilliant stay overall and accommodation very good. Only two gripes. 1, arrived approaching midnight after a full days travelling and couldn’t get a much needed cold beer or wine. Stayed at Cala Suites Lanzarote in August with you arriving at 2am and still got beers and wines. They knew of our late arrival and did prep us some packed food but wanted drinks after a tiring day. Could look at this. 2. Food quality for evening meal very poor throughout stay. Ate out most nights due to this even though we payed for half board. Breakfasts were fine but evening meals were like average school dinners.

Superb location, only slight negative was the quality of the evening meal

This is a lovely small hotel in the best location.

Always first class
