    First room, run down. Old and mould on the ceiling, no safe in room, wildlife in the walls scratching. Life broken for over 2 days. Air conditioning poor.

    Definitely would not rate this as a 4 star. Everyone was complaining about different things. The hotel room bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had black stain marks in it and the shower tiles were black and filler literally slapped on. There was no bath towels on our arrival and I asked reception 3 times for them, but still had none by lunchtime the next day. I asked to be moved to a different block of buildings. We were moved to block 4, where the bathroom was better, but the corridors looked dismal, there was paint bubbling up on our main door and the tiles on the floor and the walls looked grimmer. The doors and windows in the corridors looked like they'd been there since the 1800's. The one lift in the block was constantly slippery, due to water and was never mopped. The overall holiday was not up to standard.

    “Séjour marhaba royal Salem”

    Je recommande cet hôtel nous y avons séjourné 15 jrs et nous avons apprécié cet endroit , le personnel de l accueil ont toujours été efficace , le service salle rien à dire , la restauration toujours des plats diversifiés et bon notre chambre toujours rendu propre et rien à redire sur la surveillance faite par les maîtres nageurs de la piscine ainsi que les animateurs pour les différentes soirées à thème je recommande donc cet hôtel
