    There wasn't much to do on site. Some of the staff weren't very friendly/polite. The food was shocking! I am a fussy eater but my partner eats anything and even she struggled. Most of the hot food was cold, no flavour, meats were slimy and not a very good choice overall. There is plenty of pool space and sun beds for everyone and there is towns close by but the actual hotel didn't have a lot going on entertainment wise for adults.

    Very run down, dirty pool area, toilets unclean and falling apart, kids clubs animation team spent he time on her phone with little interaction. Unenthusiastic staff regarding daytime activities and non existent.

    “Hotel Mediterraneo Kreta”

    Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania - nie jest to żaden luksusowy obiekt, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, śniadania monotonne, ale reszta bez zarzutu. Kort tenisowy do dyspozycji. Dość blisko do miasta. Mieliśmy fajną ekipę, bawiliśmy się bardzo dobrze i wszystko generalnie na plus.

    The hotel is not a 4 star hotel , maximum 3 stars . There were very few options foodwise . The only positive part of the hotel is the staff , who are trying their best .

    I absolutely love TUI as a holiday provider and you are my first choice however the hotel we just stayed at was absolutely terrible. Not a 4 star, I would say pushing a 3 star at most. The rooms were old and dated. Cracks all along the walls, cleaning was minimal I.e just the beds were made. Floors were not cleaned at all. The shared spaces e.g. pool and restaurant are too small for the amount of guests the hotel holds. Food was always cold, lukewarm warm at best. Not a lot of options at all and an extreme amount of flies surrounding the food. No service at all from any staff, it is literally do it yourself. We asked to move rooms on our first night as we do not want to be right beside road and we were told no it’s absolutely full however in the morning we asked somebody different and they moved us. We ate out almost everyday so all inclusive his was no worth it. I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend
