    Rooms dated, tiolet not cleaned twice. Very noisy air con. Pool access not disabled friendly but the pool area was disabled friendly. Food good, the snack bar good. Poor local spirits in cocktails. Easy beach access. We had a big bunk bed in our room even though we were a couple.

    “Cypryjskie wakacje”

    Hotel dość kameralny, ale dzięki temu wszędzie blisko. Pokoje przestronne, tylko dostawka dla dziecka moglaby być lepszej jakości. Łóżka wygodne. Widok z okna ładny. W pokojach czysto, cicho, klimatyzacja sprawna. Na plus- w gniazdkach pozostawione przejscowki, nie trzeba bylo mieć swoich. Wyżywienie świetne, jak na all- nie byłam na takim w Europie. Wszystko smaczne , urozmaicone, przez tydzień nie powtorzyly sie posilki, no może sushi. Na kolacji wskazywany stolik, napoje podaje kelner, ale działa to szybko i sprawnie. Bardzo dużo personelu, wszyscy sympatyczni i pomocni. Bary przy basenach - dostępne liczne napoje alko i bezalkoholowe, lody, przekąsek nie probowalam- i tak za dużo zjedzone w czadie innych posiłków. Pyszna kawa w barze dla dorosłych i przemiła pani barmanka. Przy basenach przyjaźni i uważni ratownicy. Do morza bardzo dogodne zejscie, a morze cieplutkie woda czysta, miękki piaseczek- poezja. Podziwialiśmy troskę dla roślinności na plaży. Okolica typowo turystyczna, do miejscowości krótki spacer. Okolica czysta, bezpieczna .

    “Zypern im Spätsommer”

    Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einem sehr schönen und sauberen Sandstrand. Das Ortszentrum ist nah. Das Hotel ist teilweise nicht mehr ganz Update, scheint aber kontinuierlich renoviert zu werden. Bei den Liegen am Strand hätte ich mir mehr Überblick durch die Hotelleitung gewünscht, denn offenbar wurden die Liegen auch von \"Nichtgästen\" reserviert und belegt, was den zahlenden Gästen zum Nachtteil gereicht.. Die warmen Mahlzeiten am Buffet waren leider oft im Bereich lauwarm. Sonst ist aber alles vernünftig bis gut, auch im Service.

    We have just returned from a fabulous 11 day holiday. This was our 2nd stay, having stayed in August 2024. We were a group of 8 2 grandparents, 1 daughter, 3 grandchildren aged 20, 14 and 10. The elder children brought their friends too. We booked with TUI on a half board basis and then upgraded to All Inclusive by paying the hotel directly. We found this to be terrific value for money, particularly for the younger element who took full advantage of the snacks and drinks. The hotel is a brilliant place to stay and the proximity to the lovely beach is great. We also liked the location, it being a 10 minute walk into Ayia Napa - so it’s nice and quiet but close enough. With the main bus stops right outside it is just perfect. The rooms in the hotel are furnished to a high standard and the daily cleaning is first class. The pool areas are lovely and again well kept. There were always plenty of sun-beds. The option of free Bali beds make it even nicer. With the pool bar and restaurant adjacent it was delightful. The food is cooked fresh on order with great choices. Drinks are served speedily too. Special thanks to Nikos, Christos, and the delightful Irini who were just fabulous. I’ve missed the lads names who were serving but they were brilliant. The main buffet restaurant provides all the food anyone could wish for during all meals. Truly brilliant. Always overseen by the very friendly and obviously competent Head Chef George. Of particular mention to Evdokia, Christos, Andreas, and the sprightly Pradeep. Such delightful service and everyone was so nice and I’m just sorry that I didn’t capture all of their names. In the main bar, once again the service from the delightful, friendly efficient Sotos is great. And alongside him, Nabil is just great. Thank you. Finally to reception. What a fabulous team and so friendly and fun and totally efficient and helpful. Katerina, Mershina, Irina, Hashem, Bassem. You are the front facing people and so delightful. In closing, it is such an amazing hotel, further enhanced by the fantastic friendly staff
