    Fantastic family oriented, lively hotel very clean spotless! Rooms could do with a little updating but overall brilliant hotel and staff go above and beyond!

    I am disabled and emailed prior to the holiday to request a room Close to the centre of the resort. No only did they accommodate this request, we were ungraded and had a ground floor room which was perfect. The resort was beautifully maintained, rooms were good and staff were (mostly) very friendly

    I went to same hotel 9 years ago. Loved it so returned. The 5 restaurants were not open every night due to hotel only 35% occupancy. The buffet restaurant & the 5 others all seemed to NOT have Butter - only margarine which I HATE & makes me gag, even the smell. So spaghetti & rice were covered in margarine- ugh. The chef sent out some \" butter\" for me but it was just margarine again. This really did spoil my meals from breakfast to lunch & my evening meal, every day for 14 nights! This was the some over ALL the restaurants. The staff throughout were all amazing & excellent at their various jobs. The online exception was the older waiter in the Thai restaurant (where the chef did the fire cooking & knife throwing - the chef was excellent) he was like a \" Sergeant Major\" Oh my goodness me, he was SO abrupt, rude & seemed in such a hurry! I asked for another Gin & Tonic halfway through the meal - he was very sarcastic & returned with an actual pint glass full!? I didn't feel that this attitude was acceptable & did not appreciate it. Consiege must be mentioned, they were brilliant, especially Paul & a young lady, Caterina(?) I sadly didn't see either of them whilst awaiting my coach for departure. I would have definitely tipped them. Israel, one of the bell boys was lovely I did tip him & another who fetched my luggage. Upon checking out I asked reception if the hotel was getting busier? He said no, due to the beach/ seaweed issue ( which was heartbreaking to witness) I lay on that beautiful beach 9 years ago but no longer. This didn't worry me as I am a \"pool\" person but for clients who WANT a beach this must have been such a massive disappointment! The receptionist advised that the lack of guests was the fact that TUI advised everyone about the inaccessible beach issue. I advised him that I was NEVER advised of this? I am sure that TUI will get many complaints due to this lack of knowledge. I fo \"get\" it that you don't want this beautiful hotel to suffer with lack of guests BUT I do feel that you should give the guests the option of choosing a different hotel. Why is this not being dine? I would like a reply on thus issue please. The only other serious issue was the drunken guests at the swim up pool. The bar staff there were amazing & I tipped them well. They had to refuse a couple of, different, guests further drinks ! It was bad! There were MANY USA young guests who I believe are not allowed to drink till they are 21 so they go to Mexico & get absolutely smashed. Sadly, every afternoon the wonderful pool/ bar turned into an 18-30's holiday party. The noise was horrific & throughly disappointing. As I had requested a swim up pool room overlooking the main pool (9 years ago this noise was NOT an issue) so I had ZERO escape from this noise, even with the patio doors locked you could hear it. Many hotels that I have visited before generally have a couple of hours \"quiet siesta time\" from around 2-4pm To re start the programme & volleyball at 4pm would have been completley acceptable. Guests also NEED to k own about the Racoons who wander all over the resort, pool area - especially at lunch time- outside pool area BBQ & I saw them going up the stairs & jumping from balcony to balcony. They are scavenging for food - I lost the top of my burger bun & was told that 1 went through my bag whilst I was swimming. I heard of 2 separate ladies that woke to find 1 in their rooms whilst sleeping through the night! Imagine that scare to wake up to! EVERY FLOOR the doors need locking at all times. All in all I had a fabulous 2 weeks & was SO happy to be back there. These are issues that need addressing. All the \" standout \" staff I tipped & they were SO appreciative. Their weekly salaries are horrendous & they ALL work SO hard. I sincerely hope that this helps!

    the amount of seaweed , stopped EVERYONE from going in and enjoying the sea , a HUGE part of anyones holiday Not only were there vast amounts , it absolutley STANK

    Hotel more for American and Canadian people not uk. Lack of food and drink options. No cafe ect. Food quality very poor always cold even al cart food was poor and cold. Quality for money extremely disappointing. Most staff very rude and not helpful. Dress code suited for women. men covered up in 30 + heat while women can wear almost anything or noting. Cleanliness not good. Room next to us was in- occupied for the whole 11 night and not once anyone cleaned the empty cups and dirty plates from previous nights.
