Accommodation is not a three star - two star at most. It needs a complete refurbishment and deep clean. It is very tired. Pool area has several pains of glass that are either broken or removed with red/white tape in its place. Tiles around pool were very slippery when wet, internal pool tiles needed cleaning. Room was very old and tired, fridge was rusty, no light, smelly and froze items instead of chilling. Crockery was old and worn. Room overall was very tired, needed redecorating. Bathroom was dingy, shower ran too hot or too cold did not keep constant temperature. Grout around bath and sink was dirty and needs replacing. Nowhere in bathroom to put toiletries - needs shelving and better lighting. Whole apartment needs better lighting as well as what is there having working light bulbs. The cleaners came every other day but did not sweep or mop the floors - our feet were filthy in two minutes after taking a shower. The balcony was grubby and needing a good mop. No air conditioning which we were not informed of and would not have booked if we had known. TUI description was not accurate and as such I feel compensation is a reasonable ask as this is not a three star property.

The resort is very quiet. Bars and restaurants are good overall. The mosquitos are a problem if staying near the river due to stagnant water.

Very clean, decor a little dated.
