    Recommended

    Room was excellent , however our 2 bedroom room which sleeps 4 only had 2 chairs on the balcony , it took 3 requests to get an extra chair, rep said just take chair from bar area , expected the hotel to sort this for us , or the rep to be arrange this , speaking to other guests this was the same for other 2 bedroom suites , not enough balcony furniture for the number of occupants

    Aircraft we were on were very tired looking, not much leg room and no TV screens (which we have had before on flights to Canaria Islands) so the kids were a little upset over that. Flight did have onboard WiFi but you had to pay for it and the free bits (like flight info) didn't work all of the time. The flights were the only thing that was disappointing about the holiday. The food at the hotel was ok but not much of a variety.

    As mentioned previously, I feel that if there are sewerage drainage issues that cause certain rooms to smell this should be alerted to TUI staff when people want to book the hotel.

    “Riu buenavista”

    Heel goed hotel! Alles is verzorgd tot in de punten. Dit is meer een hotel waar je een relax vakantie wilt spenderen, ben je van het type om na het avond eten nog te gaan wandelen en winkels te bezoeken, dan raad ik deze af omdat je niet echt veel hebt in de buurt en ben je beter af door een auto te huren.
