The hotel was beautiful, most of the staff were very good, but the reception staff weren't very happy or helpful. The entertainment wasnt as good as the last time we were at this hotel.

First and second rooms weren't suitable, and third layout wasn't the best. Maintenance had to be called for broken rain shower ,No shaving mirror, light bulbs not working leak under sink soaking my personal belongings and tv screen was half green, took 4 days to sort everything except television, which was green though out holiday

Hotel was very nice and staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was average . Rooms were clean and tidy but had terrible damp smells and some mould. Entertainment team were brilliant as were the evening shows and Riu parties. The negatives for us were the inappropriate activities of some guests especially lots of people smoking weed dressing very inappropriately at dinner with some guests playing loud portable speakers at the dinner tables disturbing other guests. The scenes in the pool bar area left alot to be desired with some guests twerking a nd groping each other and openly smoking weed, is there not supposed to be security for this? The other let down for us were the pools are too small for the accommodation and the seaweed issue on the beach, I know this is down to mother nature but we felt as did others that little was being done to clear it.

Room allocated not very good, balcony could not be used due to pigeons nesting and pooing all over. Room very damp which meant clothes were wet. Wardrobe door would not close and shower gel not attached to the wall. Considering this is a supposedly a 5 star hotel very poor condition. Considering we were there for 21 nights and none of these issues being corrected.
