Very positive experience. TUI provide clear and accurate information and delivered exactly what they promised, Would book again with them as a first call supplier of perfect holidays.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family group consisting of my wife, daughter, 7-year-old grandson and myself, and we had a wonderful holiday. The biggest highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team was consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. Whether it was the TUI staff, reception staff, waiters, bar staff or housekeeping team, everyone greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a good time. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really made our holiday special. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and were very pleased with the food and drinks on offer. The menu was varied throughout our stay, the food was freshly prepared, and the overall quality was excellent. There was plenty of choice to suit different tastes, and we always found something enjoyable to eat. The hotel itself is a little dated in places, but were informed of this prior to us booking, we understand that a major refurbishment is planned for later this year. Given the excellent service and facilities already available, we can only imagine how impressive it will be once the renovation is complete. The only issue we experienced was the reserving of sunbeds. Guests were getting up very early to place towels on beds, despite the hotel website clearly stating that this is not allowed. To be fair, the staff did their best to help us find alternative beds whenever possible and handled the situation professionally. While it was frustrating, it certainly did not spoil our holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would like to thank all of the staff for their hard work and kindness. They are a real credit to the hotel and were the main reason our holiday was so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing the improvements following the refurbishment.

24 Std Notfallservice nicht möglich, Bekannte wollte Flug umbuchen zwecks Notfall zuhause! Keine Antwort Kein Erreichen unter der Notfallnummer, sondern man sollte an einer Umfrage teilnehmen bzw eine neue Reise buchen. Was soll das, bei einem Notfall? Für so einen großen Reiseveranstalter unverschämt
