    The hotel should be advertised as an 18-30 hotel and not for the English as everything is catered for the Spanish everyone gets a yellow wristband and the English get a purple one the hotel is a weed smoking den from the swimming pools to the beach and the entertainment areas the swimming pools are supposed to be closed from 6pm but people are still in them at 3am in the morning how are they supposed to be cleaned most of the entertainment is in Spanish with 1-2 English songs each night the bar staff serve everyone with a yellow wristband first even if your at the bar they wait for a yellow wristband to come up and serve them then you might get served restaurants told we gave to wait 25mins for a table even though the restaurant was empty as we didn’t go away they reluctantly gave us a flashing disk and told to come back when it’s flashing we walked out only for the disk to flash 2minutes later The bar staff was tasting your drink then handing to you on several occasions Restaurants yellow wristbands shown to a table and offered drinks purple wristband fend for yourself and only offered water after you found your own table What they should have done with the English was not give them a wristband but write a number on your arm ready for extermination that’s how it felt I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone under 30 and definitely not the English it was terrible all the English were put in 1 block the furthest away from anything Even the Americans and Canadians who speak English were given a yellow wristband so it was not because we spoke English that we had a different wristband

    Should be an 18-30 hotel, guests treating staff and facilities terrible, staying in pools all night throwing wet floor signs, barriers, drinks & food having ********** in the pools. Staff at times where rude never clean the grounds a stack of plates was piled on a bin for 3 days before someone removed them. Rooms although where cleaned daily where in very much need of repair drawers getting stuck etc lifts breaking down every day I could go on
