    Had three different rooms First room not what we booked Second room met our booking however was dirty Third room met our booking

    We were miss sold this holiday, looks nothing like on line . No entertainment food unbeatable drinks served in paper cups unless you give a generous tip for glass and the glass was absolutely disgusting very dirty, didn’t change bed sheets . TUI rep told us it was safe oustide hotel and it wasn’t its was very distressing everyone try to scam you lock you in shops taxi drivers chastising you to the point we had to say we’re phoning the police . The private beach had locals on people pestering you to buy off them . Run down hotel next door looking terrible and very smelly . Waste pipes from hotel straight in to sea . The spare had no water in pool . Gun shots on 3 nights very scary . A house on the grounds of hotel was run down looks very dirty and a cockerel making sounds all night . No entertainment in both hotels , food had flys all over and the transport to airport did not turn up and rep just said he has no information. This holiday was nothing but distressing and we feel like it was miss sold to us .

    The Royal Azur thalassa hotel Hammamet. There look after me and my Daughter from min we landed the Transfer Bus was there with rep Rabie was there to help advice us and quick talk on your journey to your hotel 🏨. Arrive at hotel The bells boy was there to take the cases,then checking in was 5 min up to room with bell boy and cases he give quick tour our room which was lovely,than that was it 👍 😀. Got settled in, all staff at the Royal Azur was there to help make holiday perfect which there did there was brilliant friendly smile and all in background to help advice We had a brilliant 14 night.
