The hotel was disgusting. Broken paths, accommodation, food was the worst I have ever had in all of my holidays, after 2 days of being on holiday, I vomitted after most meals, except breakfast. We went out to eat for a couple of meals and I did NOT vomit. There was a constant smell of the drains, which did not ease after a storm Limited seats in the dining room, out on the entertainment area and sunbeds next to the pool and beach. The all inclusive was very limited, the worst I have ever experienced. You had to pay for lots of other things. The photos online did NOT correspond with the hotel or grounds. The male staff were very inappropriate with the young females on holiday. To top it off see a condom next to the beach showers. I will NEVER go to that hotel ever again, I certainly would not recommend this holiday. Here's hoping the other holiday ive booked through Tui is NOT the same.

The room was not clean, no shower curtain, broken towel rail, bars on the windows, the food and drink made us ill and so on a supposed all inclusive holiday we ended up spending £1600 having to go out to eat and drink, absolutely terrible

LOTS. The first accommodation allocated to us was 'miles' away from anywhere. My wife is disabled and they could see that. So changed following morning. Accommodation we ended up in was not cleaned efficiently once. Towels and bedding not changed once. Towels too soft and stunk of a fry up. No where to place toiletries. Lumpy pillows causing hurt ears. Shower curtain that disgusting was probably full of bacteria. Sink and mirror etc not cleaned. Bathroom over mirror light cover loose. Fell off. Luckily didn't hit us. Made a mess of which was never cleaned up . At checking in , asked for table and chairs for outside. Reply was 'They all have table and chairs outside ' , of which there were none. Only one way into block of bungalows. We were at the end of which was fully closed in with a high wall, SO, if a fire were to happen, we would be trapped with nowhere to escape to.

Very tired, in need of modernisation
