Very tired, in need of modernisation

Accommodation was sub standard and extremely overpriced. Items that normally come as standard in hotels were not available, no fridge, hairdryer or telephone or water provided in rooms. Food was of poor quality, some staff were rude and looked unkempt, constantly badgered by sales men who became rude if you refused to purchase a trip/henna tattoo or fruit. Ice cream had to be paid for when on a all inclusive board basis, linen and towels were discoloured, bathrooms need updating Positives: Animation team work extremely hard/entertainment good

Dated & tatty, this place needs a total refurbishment. Towels are threadbare, literally one fell apart in my hands! Food was also awful this year, & lacked basics ie salad, meat & fish! Catered for more Eastern Europeans & Tunisians. Have stayed before as is in a lovely position & the beach & sea is 2nd to none! Also the staff are amazing & all so friendly especially Kais who brought us fresh fruit & nuts on the beach everyday! Also Moez on the beach bar. The entertainment is a bit naff but again the staff work so hard to make everyone happy! Please spend some money on updating this place & upgrade the food!!!

No bath only a shower no space in the bathroom room was small for a family room
