Food good. Clean and good staff.

Staff very friendly, clean throughout, with lovely room cleaning staff. Food was fairly good throughout the week. The Gala Dinner evening was very disappointing. Having to wait ages between each course. Waited over 50 minutes for our main course along with many other uk guests who were all seated in one dinning area, while the many German guests were in other areas, not sure how long they waited. The staff said it was because we all arrived at same time, which we didn’t, and couldn’t cope with transferring food up from downstairs kitchens. The position of the hotel was a long way out of the town, right at the outer edge. Flights in to one of two nearer airports would have been a lot better to save a 3 hour transfer and having to leave the hotel at 5.30am when coming home. Innsbruck airport is around 40 minutes away.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were exceptional. Our TUI rep Anca checked in regularly by message and phone to make sure we were okay and reminded us she was there if we needed anything. Claire was also fantastic, supporting us during the transfer to and from the airport

As a single traveler the accommodation was great - really comfortable. Only downside was the smell of tobacco smoke that came in through open windows from the ground floor. I would would also have appreciated being told there was a railway track running alongside the rear of the building. It wasn't a problem for me but may be for others. Really appreciated the lovely, corner table I was given to set alone and not forced to have sit in the middle of the room.
