The hotel was in a perfect location in Mayrhofen. The room was comfortable although no tea & coffee was in the room but apparently that is the norm in Austria. Breakfast was lovely but we did not like the evening meals at all so ate out 5 nights out of the 7 so we would not recommend the hotel for that reason. Bed and breakfast would have been preferable. The hotel does have a really nice pool, warm and extremely clean. We would also like to give a shout out to the hotel waitress Bogdana who was so welcoming and served our drinks with a smile most nights.

We are Retired we was put on the Top floor of a Annexe 4th floor to climb ....the Drop off was 300 meters from the Hotel Door ...Dragging 2 large cases after a Round about Trip of the Tirol ! .....over 2.5 Hours on a Coach. !!!

Wonderful location - one of the best in resort. This COULD be the best hotel in the resort however the Manager just acts like he is running faulty towers being rude to guests I saw other guests reduced to tears because of managers treatment of guests - eg telling them they were stupid.. Food is extremely salty so unappetising .TUI should NOT offer this hotel. having been to Austria every year for 30 odd years this was the worst experience .

Owner not very helpful bar hardly open

Outside grounds/garden upkeep poor. Run down . Not enough beds for lounging . Had to find waiter for drinks who were not always present. Meals not to our liking. Best food was the one night they did bbq, where you helped yourself to assorted salads and meat handed to you. Hotel staff excellent but owner quite rude at times.
