Beautiful hotel. Excellent room in newest part of hotel. I was upgraded.

My suite was beautiful, but did have a broken safe of which I did ask to get fixed they tried but couldn't fix it.

The hotel was very nice, staff were great but its location let it down. There was nowhere within comfortable walking distance to go to in the evening. The hotel had no lounge/bar area to speak of and sitting outside was not an option as we were bitten alive by mosquitoes for the whole of our stay. My sister, whom I was travelling with, has a dairy allergy. There were never dairy free alternatives on offer at breakfast. She had to go looking for a member of staff every morning to ask for dairy free milk alternatives. She never got dairy free spread for toast as she was told they didn’t have any😠 Similarly, for the evening meal, staff were told first thing every morning that my sister had an allergy and could not eat the evenings dessert. First evening she was given a dessert she couldn’t eat. When the waiting staff were told, my sister received 2 unripe, whole, unpeeled nectarines. Every following evening the same thing happened except that from then on, every evening she was given 2 slices of melon when she mentioned she couldn’t eat the desserts on the menus. We found it incredible that the hotel was unable or unwilling to cater for guests with allergies. My sister said the experience made her feel most uncomfortable and that she was being a nuisance - not the way you want to feel when you come on holiday to relax!

Well run hotel . Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was in need of refurbishing. Slightly damp

Hotel was excellent
