    The booking images paint a serine and tranquil image, the reality was a packed hotel, not pool space so had to go to the beach each day. Beautiful hotel, some (not all) lovely staff and fabulous buffet food. No 3rd bed in room on arrival and took 5hours and a complaint to resolve. No iron available to room, have to queue and iron in a room in reception.

    The hotel is severely rundown. My initial room stank of urine. And the walk leading to my room had stains all over the carpet and walls. Doorways were very worn. Wardrobes in room unappealing. Very basic. Fridge didn’t work particularly well. Because of the state of the hotel in general it made the feeling of the room dirty. Remove the rugs in the room. That invites dirt and substances to linger

    Not sure if it’s the hotels fault for advertising as adults only or Tui’s fault for not appropriately filtering following our requests but we were expecting an adult only which this was not. Other than that hotel wasn’t bad, staff very persistent for tips though which felt almost rude and invasive at times. Even just for moving a bag 3 feet.

    Let me start by saying the hotel isn’t bad it’s in need of upgrades. Our room for instance the curtains were hanging off the runner, the patio doors didn’t lock properly and we couldn’t close our bathroom door as it was warped and too big to go over the floor so it stayed half shut the full time. The shower was dirty the full stay. I emailed the manager twice when there and reported at the reception but nothing was done. The food was outstanding and really good for an all inclusive however the alcohol was really really poor and needs to be looked at. The safety in the hotel was really good and it felt safe in the resort. The biggest let down was the entertainment, it was extremely poor and animation team were not great and quite abrupt.
