We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the drinks were very good. The only slight downsides were the entertainment was okay at best and some of the food was luke warm i.e the chips. It was a very good location as the bus stop was by the hotel and the beach was a 3minute walk making the holiday experience a breeze.

Sadly we were given room 220 which overlooked the air conditioner units plus kitchen extractors. Every morning from approx 5.45 and every evening from 5pm the noise was horrendous. It was not pleasant to sit amongst the noise. We tried reception to see if they could change our room, but were only offered another room with no balcony. We could have upgraded to a Junior Suite for another 100 euros per night, but this was out of our price range. We saw the TUI rep and she talked to reception but the story was the same. We considered moving hotels as we were so disappointed but we had chosen that hotel for its close position to Salgados. We decided to stay.

The hotel was very clean , the staff friendly , the pool area was very clean too . The breakfast was plentiful , and there was quite a choice . Overall the hotel was great , the area around the hotel is very quiet ,so if youre after nightlife then its probably not suitable .

    “Urlaub Algarve Portugal”

Danke TUI !
