Tipp

Catering, especially the buffet dinners was poor as there were 7 themed buffets. Four of which were Canarian, Spanish, Mediterranean and the best of Vincci. It was impossible to tell the difference between ant of them, The Barbecue buffet served meat so thin that it was almost burnt to a crisp. The Oriental and American buffet contained few recognisable items. BUT WORST OF ALL the hotel appeared incapable of catering in a meaningful way for those with a Gluten allergy, and quite often there was no Gluten Free hot food available (mainly because the thickening agents for sauces where some form of wheat). The customer services managers would then offer to ask the chefs to make something up which usually consisted of either steamed fish or steamed chicken (very limited and time consuming whilst it was cooked). The best option is to find a good restaurant elsewhere and occasionally use the Italian restaurant in the hotel.
