    Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut fantastisch, da die Zimmer unglaublich sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich waren.

    Nice room but on arrival opened the door only to go inside and felt let down all the floor panels in lounge and bedroom area had been stuck down with duck tape, in my experience being a builder myself that is NOT a good impression and is definitely not 4 star quality. We was tired so just unpacked and thought it will have to do because hotel is full. Only to find next day you needed all your strength to open the patio door,then the air con didn’t work. We did complain next day, they said we’ll send someone straight away to fix air con. And they did offer to move us but we already unpacked and we didn’t feel like packing and unpacking again. After all the money we paid just thought nobody should get a room like that. We’re not people complain so just put up with it. Think we’ll go back to east jet.

    This is the first all inclusive holiday we've been on where you had to pay for \"premium drinks and I don't think sol and Heineken would be called premium) we paid nearly a £1000 more than half boatd plus guest's and they got almost the same things as us,in short a total rip off

    Overall a good holiday and as expected. The way the 'Half Board Plus' is described should make it a bit clearer what is Excellence Service only and what is for everyone - if you don't scan all the room options then its not clear what an Excellence suite room is so its not as obvious that you aren't getting all the extras. Nice room generally but it was a bit scruffy in places like where floor tiles were starting to come up. We did have two cockroaches that we reported. Would be good to have a tv in the lounge area as there is nothing to look at from the sofa. Food was generally pretty good and had a good range of options most nights. We were given a food pack on arrival after midnight but it wasn't clear that this was instead of getting a meal on the last day, which would be preferable with a 8pm pick-up - a meat & cheese sandwich isn't really comparable to access to the full buffet. Pool areas were nice but it would be better if loud sweary adults were directed to the adults-only area and not allowed to act inconsiderately around children. Slightly annoying that on the return our plane was parked at the back of the airport and we had to use buses - not ideal at 4am and it took so long to disembark that our bags were already on the carousel and could have been stolen. The plane was also older stock and had no USB charging.
