    The hotel was largely the issue. Rated as 4 star I believe? The building had 8 floors, we were on the 7th floor. There’s 2 elevators. Only 1 worked. The room, on arrival, a socket was missing from the wall exposing live wires. Someone did come to fix this, didn’t knock, just walked in!! The main light didn’t work, we had to use the balcony light and bathroom light when it was dark. The shower needs replacing, the faucet is supposed to be thermostatic? Selecting the temperature was temporary, and after a minute, the temperature would be scalding. I burnt my back and I could leave my child in the shower for fear of burns. The hotel had ran out of ice creams, the vending machine downstairs didn’t work and was switched off. The vending machine in the lobby was stocked only with mars bars and Coke Zero, this did work, occasionally. Snack bar food was poor, I cannot face another chicken nugget, neither can my child. Main restaurant food was ok, though dessert was bland. Weirdly after most people left and a different large group of older (I think Spanish) people arrived the quality of the food and deserts improved and actually tasted of something. Food opens at 7pm, when you have a 3 year old, this is quite late and should be open earlier. Arcade machines were available, but maybe half didn’t work. The hotel is tired, it needs significant investment. Flights were fine despite the delays however the supergay flight attendant on the return really should take a course with your HR as suggesting passengers are trying to touch him up and being generally quite flirty isn’t really appropriate, if this were a female there would be a very dim view taken I’m sure and this should extend to both sexes. Oh, and I almost forgot, on the last day half way through the morning whist dressing my child another woman just came into the room, didn’t knock.

    The overall experience was great out holiday rep Aida couldn't have done more for us we needed a room change because of a neighbour and immediately she resolved this and made our first family holiday a joy to be on

    Amazing facilities for children. Food hit and miss. No interaction from staff at the hotel, food service could be improved easily e.g waiters would walk around with dirty dish trolleys next to people eating rather than taking plates from tables to a trolley out of site. Food canteen was manic and should be bigger for the size of the hotel. Pools and splash parks and park amazing, grounds lovely, entertainment great, cleanliness great other than ants in room. Shower ran boiling hot and cold, could never get an inbetween. Security of grounds should be improved e.g, there was a back gate open constantly even during the night next to the block we were staying in, anyone could have walked in. Overall great holiday, would only go back if it was a cheap deal.

    The food was terrible, and my son got sick with diarrhea. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and we experienced threats from our neighbor. There was a peanut incident on the outbound flight, which wasn't a great start.
