    The Accommodation was good. However we were a family of grandmother, daughter and son. They allocated us a room with a large bed and sofa bed. At checkin we asked for a room with two double beds. They weren't helpful stating to move it would cost more money. We didnt press further as we were tired and just wanted to get to our room. The sofa bed was terrible thin mattress with dirty protector on it. Not even made up. We all fit in the bed and did so for the duration of the holiday However we've stayed in a lower grade hotel in Montego Bay and we always got a room with two double beds. So that experience with Iberostar checkin was terrible. It would have been lovely if they had just been kind enough to upgrade us to a room with two beds as the hotel didn't look full. We should not have been given a room expecting someone to sleep on a sofa bed for 10 nights and it wasnt even a decent one either. Thats my complaint with the hotel. Other than that it was lovely, we could see the higher standard than our usual hotel of a lower grade. However for our type of holiday, visiting family, it was not right for us.

    It was mixed. Moon palace was better the Iberostar. The quality of food was better at Iberostar although more repetitive and more limited. It had less salt. Moon Palace had a lovely variety of the main meal but far too salty. Entertainment was good. Service mixed. The professionalism at MP was much better than Iberostar staff who bordered on being rude. Low ratio of staff at Iberostar meant that service was slow. The sand depth as great at Iberostar. The sea was full of sea grass. the patches of sand had alot of people in it being you would bump people quite a bit. My son refused to stay in the see because of the amount of sea grass.

    the accommodation was clean, and the staff were really friendly. our fridge was topped up with drinks frequently and they provided us with tea and coffee in the rooms

    Excellent accommodation, very clean, excellent staff, excellent food and excellent service. I went with a party of four seasoned travellers and we all agree that this was probably the best accommodation, food and service we have ever experienced.
